Good reputable dealer. Fair prices good timing on regular service maintenance. No super long weights. If you make an appointment, my sales guy Kendal is the best sales guy I've had in my life. If you go and buy a car for Kendal, he'll make you feel comfortable and get you taken care of.

I had such an amazing experience at GPH. This service center has been one that my family and I have been going to for years and will continue to do. Jae Kim is someone who has always done a phenomenal job of going above and beyond to meet my needs and my families needs. I know I can always count on him and his service takes all the worries about of my experiences. That is something that is hard to find in this industry. Super thankful for him and all the great workers at GPH that do a fantastic job and always do the best work.

Been taking my car here for a few years & they are pretty attentive. It's best to make an appointment before going in because it gets busy. There are 2 waiting rooms. 1 is attached to the right side of the building. There is coffee & bathrooms located in this area. The other is a trailer outside of the Service Area. Looked a little tight in the trailer to me. I opted for the picnic tables outside near the Service Area entrance. Took about 5 mins for someone to come ask if I was being helped. Cozvy was the Tech who helped me most recently. I brought 2 cars at once & he took care of me & was pleasant to talk to. For an oil change, tire rotation 9-point inspection wait time was about 1 hr. Honda also changed the battery in my key fob. Something I've been meaning to do for a few months now. Thanks, Honda! In the past, I've had them offer to drive me back to work but this particular day I wasn't working. I haven't had any issues with servicing my cars here & no one has been pushy with repair recommendations.
